On Wednesday, October 1, 2025, Harvard Summer School hosted a free virtual panel discussion featuring students and proctors from this past summer’s Pre-College Program and Secondary School Program.

Our panelists shared their favorite memories, offered advice, and answered questions from webinar attendees about what it is like to be a student in Harvard’s college programs for high school students.

Our Programs

7-Week, College-Credit Secondary School Program
Imagine studying at Harvard for seven weeks, immersed in the college experience by living on-campus or even at home, taking online courses, or commuting to campus. You’ll have the opportunity to earn college credit, explore one or two advanced topics from our 200+ courses, gain valuable life skills, and form lasting bonds.

4-Week College-Credit Secondary School Program
This residential program brings students from around the world to Harvard’s campus for 4 intensive weeks. You’ll have the opportunity to earn college credit, focus on one accelerated course, gain valuable life skills, and form connections with other academically motivated students.

2-Week, Non-Credit Pre-College Program
This residential two-week program combines rigorous college-level academics with a broad range of co-curricular activities. Thrive alongside peers from around the world in a dynamic and supportive environment in this two-week transformative experience.
